    2.5 weeks right away of PTO. After 2 years you get 3.5 weeks. 5 years = 4.5 weeks. 10 years = 5 weeks. 20 years = 6 weeks. No issue taking PTO-- great work from home opportunities across most organizations. Company parties/celebrations. Tons of perks-- local and national discounts. Great 401k match / compensation good.

    I like the HSA (Health Savings Account) you can opt for with the Basic Coverage Package. The rates are reasonable for a family.

    I like Sprint's benefits package. I wish the health benefits were more affordable, but I think that's an issue everywhere.
