    The health care plan is better than most employeers but it has not been a top tier medical plan for many years. On the plus side for a few people, the company offers firtility treatments as a benefit. This used to cost the company a fortune in employee turn over as people would start treatments, have their baby, and leave Sprint very soon after giving birth. It seems the non-top-tier plan what how the company subsidized the expensive treatments. The 401K has fluctuated from a 'Safe Harbor' to 'not Safe Harbor' and back again which has contribution ramifications and related tax surprises.
