    They cover 90% of cost for a single male. This is Really aggressive in the current market place. Very affordable.

    The best thing is Sprint has a very comprehensive benefits package as part of their total compensation plan, and this is a huge consideration when considering jobs that may not offer a great base-pay level. Free unlimited wireless service for the employee is a nice perk along with significantly discounted pricing for family and friends.

    The worst thing is, like most employers, rising healthcare costs and the need to impress Wall Street have resulted in higher premium costs being passed through to employees, as well as reduced basic benefits provided by plans/higher deductibles...etc., which has eroded their leadership in the arena of employee benefits packages consistently over the past several years. Take advantage of the 401K match!
