Great company to work for! Just recently, things are getting even better! Pay is not as competitive as other carrier but working for Sprint gives you the opportunity to grow as a person. Great health benefits, Dental, and 401K!

2.5 weeks right away of PTO. After 2 years you get 3.5 weeks. 5 years = 4.5 weeks. 10 years = 5 weeks. 20 years = 6 weeks. No issue taking PTO-- great work from home opportunities across most organizations. Company parties/celebrations. Tons of perks-- local and national discounts. Great 401k match / compensation good.

I like the HSA (Health Savings Account) you can opt for with the Basic Coverage Package. The rates are reasonable for a family.

I like Sprint's benefits package. I wish the health benefits were more affordable, but I think that's an issue everywhere.

Sprint's employee benefits always seemed fair and competitive in the marketplace. Healthcare options were fair and provided good, comprehensive coverage. The pension went was frozen in 2005, which was too bad.
