Employee Comments

  • Nov 26, 2014
Former Sprint Store Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina

More time off than I could use, Retail has difficulty with holidays (because it is retail)

The healthcare, and 401k are mediocre, but you do get a free line of phone service with unlimited data.

  • Nov 26, 2014
Former DB ANLST III in Overland Park, Kansas

In most companies, it is very difficult for DBA to take comfortable vacation. Sprint management keeps the backup and cross training very well. During vacation, I had to check emails only.

Sprint has a very comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare, education reimbursement, and retirement. They also offer relocation assistance and new hire bonuses for some positions.

Great dental insurance and vision insurance!

  • Nov 25, 2014
Current Senior Product Marketing Manager in Overland Park, Kansas

Medical insurance costs for employees have continued to go up over the years. In 2015, a surcharge cost will be added of just under $2000 to insure a spouse/domestic that has medical insurance available from their own company and declines it to participate with their Sprint spouse/domestic partner.

  • Nov 10, 2014
Current Employee in Overland Park, Kansas

Increasing medical costs on the employee.

  • Nov 7, 2014
Current Manager in Overland Park, Kansas

The cost of the same benefits get more expensive out of pocket each year.
