Sprint has wonderful benefits with matching company options for 401K and very good medical plans for both employee and dependents.

The best thing is the free phone program where you get your monthly subscription for free when you work with sprint. Again the company was bought out and things will change. The monthly subscription is free but you pay more than customers for the phone prices. The health, dental, and vision are normal. The 401k match is 3% or less.

Free employee phone, discounts for friends and family. Vacation is standard Fortune 500 setup. Medical, dental, vision is also standard Fortune 500. They support tuition reimbursement up to 3500.

overall package was nice, but the Paid Time off policy was the best part of the package, which I considered fairly generous.

Benefits are good, Great 401k matching, PTO is also pretty good. Flexible work schedule in most positions.

Best is the health insurance benefits, on site health clinic and gym. Being able to work from home provides a nice break during the work week. However, this might be eliminated due to SoftBank.

Prior method of 401K (they changed for worse) was waiting until year end for lump sum matching amount. Instead of getting benefit monthly or such to increase in value in 401K plan.

The Med, Dental, Vision, 401k with matching up to 3% was great. You also received 1 employee phone plan free. You had to buy the phone but the monthly plan was free. You could also sign up your friends and family for discount plans.

Best benefits ever...free phone plan and discounted plan for family members. Trips and employee recognition is everywhere
