    Sprint implemented in 2015 a new rule that states you cannot have your wife on your health plan if she is eligible for insurance with her employer without paying a much higher amount per month.

    Sprint used to have great benefits but they have been getting slowly worse. Insurance deductibles continue to climb and just this year they implemented an additional amount you would have to pay in order to have your wife on your policy if she is eligible for insurance at her work.

However, company contributions are minimal when compared to other major corporations, and employees often must endure a lengthy process when trying to receive tuition assistance or reimbursement. Company provides continuing education and training programs for various departments, and conducts regular monitoring of CSR / customer interactions and provides regular performance reviews.
