Employee Comments

Former Customer Service Representative in Mansfield, Ohio

Health insurance is a nice package but if you use it they will find a way to terminate you.

    Former Employee in Greeley, Colorado

Premium health coverage is pretty good, but expensive. The fact that they offer any insurance is a plus.

Current Technical Support in Cincinnati, Ohio

Paid time off has to be submitted 48 hours+ in advance and Unpaid time off at least 24 hours in advance, no sick days, health insurance is expensive, getting FMLA is made more difficult than it should be, even if you ask for a day off in plenty of advance time - only 1 person can be off per day so you probably won't get what you asked for

  • Aug 19, 2014
    Former Supervisor in Cincinnati, Ohio

Some options were pricey, like all employers the HSA is pushed very hard.

  • Aug 19, 2014
Former Employee in Colorado Springs, Colorado

pretty competitive if you can last long enough to get them.

  • Aug 12, 2014
Current Operations Manager in Mansfield, Ohio

StarTek has a pretty standard benefits package, their 401k program is above average, but the length of time it takes to become fully available is a bit lengthy
