    Current Employee in Bellevue, Nebraska

Love the retirement plan and the sick and vacation benefit. We also have 13 holidays every year. Lots of flexibility for me with my hours.

Current Legislative Aide in Lincoln, Nebraska

Best thing is your time off and work schedule when the Legislature is not in session. To get the best health benefits you have to jump through a bunch of annoying hoops for their "Wellness" plan.

    Former Employee in Lincoln, Nebraska

Great benefits as far as PTO, SICK Leave, Vacation but health coverage is costly for family and spouses
