Employee Comments

  • Feb 3, 2015
    Former Employee in Sarasota, Florida

Insurance costs are competitive. Bonus potential is great but may take a long time to improve operations in order to qualify.

  • Apr 8, 2015
Current Restaurant Manager in Austin, Texas

    There is no benefits package.

  • Mar 26, 2015
    Current Employee in Columbus, Ohio

Health insurance leaves much to be desired.

  • Jan 16, 2015
    Current Production in Ellisville, Missouri

High copay and the insurance is not as good as I expected

  • Nov 3, 2014
Former District Manager in Louisville, Kentucky

Health Insurance is available at a reasonable cost.

  • Dec 5, 2014
    Former Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana

Absolutely no benefits. No insurance, no free meals, no bonuses, and no commission.

  • Oct 20, 2014
Current Restaurant Manager in Frankfort, Kentucky

Minimal Vacation, only given in weeks, no individual days, mandatory holidays, no extra compensations for working holidays. Insurance is decent, rather expensive for what you get.

  • Nov 9, 2014
Former Server in Altamonte Springs, Florida

They took away all the benefits. We use to have stock options, but if you are just a server you wont get this anymore.

  • Sep 15, 2014
    Former cashier in Kissimmee, Florida

They are to high then they want you to sign up for Aflac along with that.

  • Sep 11, 2014
Former General Manager in Carbondale, Illinois

It's a big company so health insurance is relatively cheep. Matching 401k. Paid vacation and decent bonuses.
