    Successfactors now an SAP company still retains some of their popular perks like Holiday Break, Flexible Vacation Plan, Company Match 401k and inexpensive health insurance. One of the perks that SF is built on is the ability to work remotely.

    Other company perks are mobile phone reimbursement and SAP discounts at partners. Unfortunately SF employees are not elgible for the SAP Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

    Though time off policy is listed at flexible for most Professional Service employees you only receive 4 days a quarter due to the emphasis on billability.

    Best - paternity leave with 100% compensation.
    Worst - unlimited PTO but can't spend many if you are in a busy team - most engineers are.

    Freedom vacation plan is great. Allows for flexibility in time off and rewards working when needed more. Huge hours get put in a quarter end or during project roll outs and having time off after to decompress is fantastic.
