    Paternity leave was 2 weeks paid time off, without affecting your accrued yearly PTO. I was also allowed to continue my paternity leave indefinitely as long as I had the PTO available, with no questions asked.

    I never used the Paternity leave. With all the turmoil and changes at Symantec, being away for an extended period of time, you can find that your whole department changed around you.
