The best thing about the Benefits at T-Mobile is that their health insurance is amazing. I had a $100 deductible. Paid $100 a month (but it was out of my check, so I didn't miss it), and then my co-pay's were decent. My max out-of-pocket was $1,600 and I barely paid anything for prescriptions.

The worst about them was their time off. Every other week you got 5.75 hours of PTO, and it would add up if you didn't use anything. Here's the catch - T-Mobile doesn't offer sick time. Any time you have to call in sick, they take it from your PTO. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT DOCTORS NOTES. It is absurd. So if you're planning a trip, don't get sick! They are VERY strict on their attendance policy. When I worked there I was diagnosed with Chronic Migraine Syndrome. Since they didn't accept doctors notes, and I used up all my PTO, they took my good standing away (meaning I wasn't eligible for a bonus for a month and many other things) and it went on my work record that I wasn't complying to company policy. I think they are absurd for not accepting notes from specialists about it. - I was 2 weeks away from being there for a year (when you can get FMLA) and they still wouldn't. Once I got FMLA, my doctor made me take an extended leave.
