Employee Comments

Good benefits package. Spouses cannot be covered if they are eligible through their own job.

It took 5 years to move from 2 weeks vacation to 3 weeks vacation. Right after I left it changed from 5 years to 3 years. But in general, it was a good benefit package.

Its pretty much a standard corporate benefits package.

Permanent Employees area entitled to great stock purchase along with matching 401k contributions. Insurance offered is GREAT. Work most holidays but are allotted Floaters to compensate the holiday worked.

The benefits are great. I hired on in August and was told I had to take a 1 week paid vacation by the end of the year or lose it. I ask them to repeat what was just said. This is just a sample of the way your treated. GREAT company.

The benefits package is excellent overall. Medical benefits have fallen over the years (increase in premiums, decrease in coverage), but that is an issue nation-wide.

The vacation time starts out at 10 days for new hires and then progresses to up to 25 days for people with over 20 years of time. The company matches up to 4% of 401k contributions. The company offers comprehensive medical insurance, to include vision and dental. The only hitch is that it won't cover spouses if the spouse already has existing insurance (no matter how inferior that plan may be). The work/life balance has been great so far.

Insurance is great, 401 match could be higher than 4%. Spouse coverage is not allowed if they have other insurance and that makes it hard for people to have same Dr.s etc.
They do Stock match of 15% which is good.

Best thing is the benefits are extremely cheap. To me you barely notice it coming out of your paycheck. My medical insurance with TSYS saved me a lot of money when I did have doctor appointments.

Outstanding medical coverage, but a little expensive. Great 401K match!
