    Overall OK. Lot of things could be improved e.g. benefits / admin process is not streamlined, at times full of hassles, unnecessarily complex process. Lack of transparency.

    The most favorable aspect is that they offer medical benefits. However, like most employers, the company pays very little towards the coverage.

    The best thing about the benefits are not really too much to say from a health and medical perspective. Having worked at large American corporations and LLP's they pale in comparison. Same applies to vacation time, sick days and personal leave. Training and certifications process and approval here in the US is big within the internal company programs but they do not generally approve outside training for most non Indian local employees.

    401k - 100% match upto 3%, 50% thereafter upto 5%, medical insurance is available, but you have to shell out a lot to get a decent plan with decent benefits.

    India's Health care and vacations days are good enough, however in US is not par. However good in 401K benefits. Many a times to work late and on weekends.
