    Health and Dental Insurances has good coverage if you are VISA. 401K, is optional and most of the employees from Tamilnadu India so not aware of 401K policy at TCS.

    Low basic salary brings down the total salary. lower amount of perks in international deputation.
    The best thing is the medical benefits provided by the company.

    Health and Dental Insurances are covered. You need to ask for 401K, otherwise they will not give you any details. Most of the employees are not aware of 401K policy at TCS.

    All benefits will be provided such as Health Insurance, personal loans..etc. But all these benefits are nothing when compared to benefits provided by other similar firms in IT industry.

    The health insurance plan is expensive and doesn't really cover anything. The 401k matches up to 5% of your income as a contribution. Starting leave is 10 days vacation, 5 days of sick time per year.
