    You have health and dental, disability, 401k with 10% match, and you accrue vacation time every hour that you work. The health insurance wasn't as good as my previous employer, but it's okay as long as you don't have serious health issues.

    Insurance anywhere is expensive, thanks to the "state of the Union"; with that said, the benefits package at Greeley is about about 74% more expensive than most similar employers in the area, and to my knowledge, Teletech does not assist employees with the cost. The best thing about the benefits package is that the Medical Insurance is through a VERY reputable and stable company.

    The benefits were rather expensive and the healthcare had a high out of pocket requirement. That said, you can get dental, vision, and health insurance which is really nice. There are also perks in having a 401k, a wellness program, and tuition reimbursement.

    The health care plan is great for preventative care. It is also great if you participate in all of the "healthy living" activities to earn HSA money. Each year those activities become more complex and take longer to complete.After you use the amount in that account for any non-preventative care (office visit charge, any optional tests, prescriptions, etc.) there is a $1,000 to $3,000 out of pocket amount before anything is covered again. The premiums do not increase so much year to year; however, the plan pays less and less and you pay more and more to actually go to the docttor.

    The best is that it is offered. The worst is the cost. Good luck getting HR to answer any benefit questions, they are about as knowledgeable as a sack of rocks.
