    Exceptional insurance benefits plans, even life, home and auto. Two tiny gyms(good equipment) tiny relaxation room with massage chair, contests, give aways, food and drinks giveaways, casual Friday, quirky dress up days, music or movies while you work, a tiny but decent break room and Cafe. Health and insurance is expensive. Don't expect to get put in for the giveaways if your not one of the sups 'friends' no matter how much you sell.

    Terrible Healthcare benefits. I don't understand how agents can have any money after paying monthly healthcare premiums. 401k is decent, and PTO is quite generous!

    The best thing about the benefits would be the fact that they are available after 90 days. However, they are not affordable at the pay rate offered.

    Nothing, the benefits are horrible. You have to wait 60 days for insurance, and it's super expensive and barely meets Obamacare standards. No paid vacation the first year, only 5 days 2nd year, and if you leave, your vacation is not paid out, which is a violation of labor laws, since that is pay that you have EARNED. No work life balance, I worked 12 hour days, 6 days a week. Must be able to work all day long between M-Sat. And the salary is horrible, I was so underpaid for my productivity. I left for these reasons and for the hostile work environment

    Since working here all i can say are good things about the benefits package and that is that its great for me since if i didnt have this job it would be hard on medical bills for me

    The pay is good, and they offer health care (Medical, Dental, Vision) to both full and part-time employees after the first sixty days of employment, and a 401(K) after ninety (though you must be 21 to participate). After one year in the trenches, you paid vacation and an annual performance review.
