    Teleperformance offers a benefit package after 60 days of employment. Not only is the benefit package awesome, the employee perks ROCK! Monthly birthday party, tenure party, and a fun committee that works hard to make it a great place to work. Base pay plus BONUS and the JUMP! career advancement program really are a value add for the team at TP. Love this job!

    Best part is benefit time - you receive all-purpose hours that can be used for illness, vacation, etc. I'm also a fan of their insurance program. Very comprehensive.

    The best thing about the benefits would be the fact that they are available after 90 days. However, they are not affordable at the pay rate offered.
