I receive insurance and benefits through my father. I do not use any TXRH benefits.

The company is outstanding about granting requested time off. each night, sales contests are run, where you can earn gift cards and trade outs to other local businesses.

Former Server/Server Trainer in Chattanooga, Tennessee

poor health insurance, low base pay

Current Server in Goldsboro, North Carolina

Best thing are the co-workers, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Worst thing is the pay. In the interview, they tell you you're expected to make $100.00-$125.00/weekdays and $150-$200 on weekends. No such luck, tips are bad in Goldsboro. The most I ever made was $55.00 on a weekday and $150 on a weekend, which was rare and only ever happened when I was working a double (12+ hours). You're only given 2-3 tables max, per company policy. 3% total sales comes out of your pocket toward tip share for the hostesses and bus boys. No minimal gratuity is added to large parties so if you wait on a large party and they don't tip, which happens A LOT, you pay for them to eat! Because they still take 3% off the total bill towards tip share. I do not recommend working here if you want to make money, currently looking elsewhere for employment.

Unless you are management, I don't think there is a benefits package.

Health insurance isn't great but the vacation benefits are pretty great.
