Medical , 401k, balance between work and life

The best thing about the benefits package is that you get 160 hours of vacation time. There are black out days, but most times Management is pretty flexible with vacation time. There is a high deductible depending on which health insurance package that you choose.

Some of the metrics are off - you're impacted by the performance of other teams/brands.

  • Jan 24, 2015

Great discount at the Gap Inc. brands, average health and paid time off package, good Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

    -absolutely the discount!
    -very relaxed dress code
    -workers of all ages/background

  • Jan 20, 2015
Current Employee in San Francisco, California

Benefits program details are confusing and HR is deeply understaffed and not helpful.

  • Dec 29, 2014
Former Senior Designer in New York, New York State

A great benefits package in regards to medical and 401K contributions , however dental and vision is lacking

  • Jan 6, 2015
Former Seasonal Sales Associate in Baltimore, Maryland

There are no real benefits besides the amazing employee discount. I brought all of my Christmas gifts from GAP and save so much money. They brought us food and snacks when working holidays.

Great insurance, Great co-workers "GID" No coffee, No frills. Horrible middle management.
