    The employee discount is 50% off of regular priced items at Gap and Banana Republic and an additional 30% off of promotional items at Gap Outlets and Banana Republic Outlets. There's also 25% off at Old Navy.

    The Gap has a corporate perks website, great health benefits available, an employee stock purchase program, and a 401K option. I have been very happy with all of the benefits they offer.

    The best thing is the great employee discount. They also give 4 weeks of PTO for new corporate employees.

    Best thing is the employee discount, it is 50% off all regular priced merchandise and 25% off all sale items I believe. With them being so expensive it makes it a little easier to actually buy something nice and great quality for your child to have. Worst thing is the 15 minute breaks. When working 4 hour shift you only get 15 min but if your shift is 6 hours its a 30 minute break. Another thing is that you are trained to sell GAP cards to every customer possible. The more you can get customers to enroll the better it is for you, they give you more hours and such. That is one of the hardest parts of the job but it makes for great communication skills.
