Great insurance, Great co-workers "GID" No coffee, No frills. Horrible middle management.

  • Dec 5, 2014
    Current Employee in Gallatin, Tennessee

As long as you are a full time employee you get 4 weeks of PTO a year and up to 14 emergency days. The Benefits are too great for me to explain.

  • Dec 2, 2014
Current Employee in San Diego, California

Great benefits - Very comprehensive and even includes Amwell (24-hour urgent care that can be accessed online, via a mobile app, or on the phone).

  • Nov 8, 2014
    Former Employee in Gallatin, Tennessee

    PTO policy is good

  • Nov 22, 2014
    Current Employee in Orlando, Florida

they don't offer pto to employees who regularly work more than 32 hours a week because we are hire as part time employees

  • Nov 7, 2014
Former Employee in San Marcos, Texas

The employee discount is fairly generous. There are also plenty of community discounts offered which are a bonus.

  • Nov 4, 2014
Current Employee in San Francisco, California

A good overall benefits package that covers medical, dental, retirement and lifestyle.

  • Nov 13, 2014
Current Employee in New York, New York State

As a part-time employe, the ONLY benefit is the employee discount of 50% off regular price items at Gap and Banana Republic; 25% off at Old Navy. Sure, sometimes it's fun working with customers and you meet some really nice co-workers. But, poor business means on-call schedules and shift "cutting". Changing your availability and requesting days off is more difficult and stressful than you would think for a part-time retail job. 401K offered after you work 1000 hours, I think.

  • Nov 3, 2014
Former Sales Associate in San Francisco, California

Only went towards full time employees

  • Oct 28, 2014
Former General Manager in Miami, Florida

Discount and the insurance is United :(
