The employee discount is fairly generous. There are also plenty of community discounts offered which are a bonus.

A good overall benefits package that covers medical, dental, retirement and lifestyle.

As a part-time employe, the ONLY benefit is the employee discount of 50% off regular price items at Gap and Banana Republic; 25% off at Old Navy. Sure, sometimes it's fun working with customers and you meet some really nice co-workers. But, poor business means on-call schedules and shift "cutting". Changing your availability and requesting days off is more difficult and stressful than you would think for a part-time retail job. 401K offered after you work 1000 hours, I think.

The ability to work from home is great.

Free access to the SF MOMA, and if you volunteer for a nonprofit on your own time, the organization receives a$10.00 donation per hour you volunteer

    The %50 discount is awesome!

  • Nov 3, 2014

Only went towards full time employees

Skimpy number of vacation days - the number of weeks/yr is not competitive in the local Bay Area employment environment.
