OK but very pricey, even the best plan has significant co-pays and deductibles.

Average cost, eye care program is very nice and dental coverage not worth buying

Relatively cheap. This was my first job so i have little experience to compare it to another company's program but the dental plan ended up paying for itself for me as an example.

Nothing to speak of other than it deducted from an already small full time paycheck

Best in the industry from what I have seen

It's difficult to give them a positive or negative on this. At that time, I didn't use it. Young and healthy, with no kids, meant I would rather put the money into the 401k. Looking back at what I remember, it was par for the course PPO.

It has also recently changed. The prices increase every year. They offer you about 6 different options so you can pick within your budget. Preventitive care is always free.

The best thing is that I have Medicare and need a complimentary Health Insurance.

It is too costly for the average associate. For a company as large as The Home Depot, benefits should be lower per pay check. Deductibles are within reason.

Very good coverage once you select the correct plan. Expensive, but what are your options?
