The Home Depot offered very good health and retirement benefits that at the time were reasonably priced. Vacation and sick time accrual was also very generous. No employee discounts offered for The Home Depot but employees have access to an exclusive employee discount website that offers some very good discounts with other retailers such as car rentals and hotels among other things.

Great health insurance but you pay 11% of your gross pay. All past companies I have been with the insurance was comparable but only paid 3% of gross pay.
