    The benefits package is very extensive, with medical, vision and dental insurance; sick days; national holiday pay; vacation pay; 401k; disability; bonus

    Good health insurance, matched 401K, good vacation and time off. Able to take a half day if needed instead of using an entire day for a 2 hour appointment.

    Best thing about time off is you could take a 1/2 day I/o a full day. This was really helpful if you had a dentist appointment and did not need to use an entire day.
    Perks were really good. Health insurance was also good as it covered just about everything.
    401K was matched and a good plan.
    Vacation was very good in addition to the paid holidays

    Good discounts, good medical, eye glasses and dental coverage. Matching 401K, vacation and time off good. Able to take a half day off if you only have a 2 hour appointment.

    I do not use the benefits package as I am a part time employee; however, the associate discount is the best I have ever had at 40% off even on sale items. Truly the best to allow me to not only sell Jones clothing but to wear it as well at an affordable price!

    Health insurance is great, they also offer company wide courses and activities but due to the lack of work-life balance, those perks are not accessible to most employees.

    I think Jones has a great benefits package and really tries to create a work life balance with childcare assistance, volunteer hours, gym and entertainment discounts.

    They offer matching 3% 401K contributions after a year of employment. No pensions. Yearly bonuses based on salary and level of position, paid vacation but must complete 6 months of work before they become paid. If you leave the company before hand they will charge you days taken. 3rd week added on 5th year and 4th week on 10th year. (Too long). Only two personal days per year and 8 banking days which can be used for sick or other. Raises are a joke unless your boss favors you. Health benefits premiums are expensive and keep getting worse. Offer tuition reimbursement however that may be obsolete with the company's buyout. 40% employee discounts, including on sale items.
