Good salary, bonus eligible, pension!! which is so rare. Not great maternity/paternity considering we are in this business, 401k is decent. Many options for healthcare benefits however still costs employee a fair amount

In recent years supplemental benefits such as yearly company HSA contribution and wellness incentives have been quietly discontinued. The silence about this has been uncomfortable.

Even with the best plan you have a high deductable

Best thing is full paid STD and ability to use up to 80 hours of PTO not yet accrued. A wide variety of benefit options. Medical premiums are reasonable but out of pocket medical costs are high if you need anything beyond routine care.

They use their own Exchange product, so there are lots of choices but they all have high deductibles. Some employees have had the cost of prescriptions alone go up 700%.

Health is good, have 3 options ranging from super cheap to expensive. HSA offered but no contribution from ER anymore. Pension is cash balance and is OK. 4% match on 6% 401k. PTO is good, 16 1st yr, 19 at 5 yrs, 22 @ 10, etc and can rollover 15 days. Vision and Dental are good/fine. Good work from home or remote. Flexible as long as don't have a deliverable. Probably above avg overall on bfts but the race to the middle has struck consulting firms.

Former Senior Benefit Advisor in Richardson, Texas

As a contract or seasonal Benefit Advisor, which I was for over a year, the company provided and matches 401k contributions. We were also offered monthly bonuses up to $750.00, depending on a variety of factors, ( number of enrollments, customer satisfaction, compliance, etc.) After a year of employment the company provided some healthcare coverage, which was a requirement under the ACA. The plan costs were very high, the coverage not very good, with very high deductibles, and HSA's.
