    it was standard to everyother company. They matched up to 6 percent. Can enroll immediately

    Trader Joe's doesn't match. They just dump money in your account every year, as a percentage of your pay.

    It takes 7 years to become fully vested. In the meantime you can't touch your retirement until you either leave the company or after 7 years. They recently cut 5% off their contributions to your retirement account.

    Great opportunity to save for retirement and company automatically adds 10% of earnings for employees aged 30+ then you can contribute on top of that! Plus, it's well managed and has a great ROR.
