    Health Insurance Premiums are great.

Benefits are the only good thing about U-Haul

The 401k plan has 12 mutual funds to invest in. The company pays the investment fees for most of the funds which is not common with most companies. There also are no plan administration fees passed on to the employees. Uhaul also has an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). We get a contribution of AMERCO stock (ticker UHAL) allocated each year. The amount depends on our compensation for the year. The old timers that have stuck around and kept their stock are sitting pretty with the stock price so high.

The medical and dental benefits are great. Dental requires a relatively cheap payroll deductions to participate but that's only required for the first two years of employment, then it is free. The medical benefits are awesome. No employee deduction required in the HSA plan but you should contribute to your HSA account.

Overall, I am very happy with the benefits. Uhaul looks out for the employees.

The benefits package that U-Haul offers is second to none! They have the most comprehensive benefits for full time employees of any company I have worked for and they even have limited benefits and discounts for part time as well.

Best discounts are phone bills, up to 20% off certain companies like Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Can get quite a chunk off new GMC and Ford vehicles. Discounts off Apple Products as well.

DId not offer benefits to part time and would not allow employees to work more than 20 hours. Promotions never happen unless you know someone and no job security.

Unsure of benefits package, as was not hired as full time employee.
