    I have a lot of stomach issues I had gallbladder surgery, and several other procedures that went along with it, I ended paying very little out of pocket compared to the final amount. They have a 24 hour nurse line that can offer you medical advice and pin point symptoms. Prescription plans are great and they are really easy to file claims with out of network doctors.

    An addition week of vacation after 3 years. So after 3 years of employment, you will have 3 weeks vacation. You are also allowed to carryover 40 hrs of unused vacation hours each year.

    Good overall benefts package.
    Work calendar follows the retail calendar; if you work in the HQ you will be required to work a lot of useless days on or around holidays if you do not want to use a vacation day.

    The benefits package was comprehensive, medical, dental, vision and life insurance. The bonus plan needs work, no longer seems appropriate for support team members and does not drive overall customer subscriber goals.
