    Company pays for health insurance for individuals and families. Management has to pay a discounted price for the same type of insurance.

    If your spouse has a job that offers insurance they are not allowed to be on your UPS plan, no matter how horrible their plan is.

    Free health care if employee is non-management. If employee is a member of management then a substantial amount is deducted from each paycheck, and there are only 2 packages to choose from.

    Ups has great health insurance. It is free for employees and you do not have to pay any premiums. Cheap meds and Co pays.
