The 401k plan is decent and you can accrue vacation time quickly. I started at two weeks of vacation plus three floating holidays and topped out at four weeks of vacation and three floating holidays. Options for healthcare plans change every year and are dwindling. Four years ago we had three plans from which to choose but last year there was just one. Vision, dental and a healthcare savings account also are offered.

scheduled days off are EXTREMELY limited and the health insurance is the bare minimum.

any benefits are better than no benefits but the married folks had expressed issue with the sudden increase in rates for dependents.
