UST Global Benefit Plans
Aetna International PPO – Comprehensive medical and vision plan that offers the freedom to go directly to health care professionals and facilities in or out of network, as well as internationally.
High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA). The HDHP health plan is a plan that offers lower premiums and a high deductible with the HSA account.
Aetna Dental – Flexibility to choose from two PPO dental plans; Basic and Enhanced Dental Plan.
Voluntary Accident/Critical Illness insurance
Picking up where major medical leaves off, these voluntary policies pay cash benefits directly to you, and include a wellness benefit. UST Global offers 2 great plans for you and your family.
UST Global provides employee life insurance at 2 times your basic annual base pay.
Supplemental life insurance is also available with additional costs paid by the employee. Cost is based on your age and annual salary. You can elect coverage up to a total of 3x basic annual salary.
Employees can also purchase spouse and dependent child supplemental life insurance
Disability Insurance UST Global offers short term & long term disability at no cost to employees. This benefit can provide up to 60% income protection.

Worst part is that they do not offer any vacation package and for the 401K plan they do not make any contribution from their side.

The company is very lenient when wanting to take days off. All of the benefits is very standard and the good thing about the benefits is that they are very cheap especially since you wont have to take the affordable heathcare since the company provides the required coverage.

Sub-standard package. Expectation is to use sick days to make up for lack of PTO given (2 weeks for first 5 years).

They use Aetna. Not really my choice of an insurance provider but works ok.

The price of the benefits packages are expensive, but the company is trying to get a better rate for it's employees

It seems great so far. I have Aetna for Dental and Health. The vision isn't bad either with an upgraded VSP.
