Great options for healthcare. Retirement benefits are pretty light--but everybody here is under 30 and most people are counting on a big payout on equity comp.

Great benefits package that is more competitive than that of the fortune 100 company I previously worked for in terms of health benefits and vacation policy. The company also offers awesome credits that help you travel like a VIP.

You do not get any benefits!! Occasionally they will have dinner outings and give you a $25 gas card. But, on the bright side, you get to work whenever you want and how often you want.

Insurance is ridiculously expensive. No PTO. Holidays off but you have to make up hours on another day of the week if you want 40 hours. No OT pay if you work the holiday.
