My wife works for a local hospital and the health benefits offered by UA are 10x better and more cost effective than what is offered by her employer...

A large base discount and floor set discount. The associate looks for the bigger discount is acceptable, but not preferable. There are exclusions of course.

Best company benefits program I have ever had!

50% off everything in store or online. Just don't abuse that privilege or you could get in trouble.

Health benefits, 401K, employee discount, and fitness center with trainers are unbelievable. Time off toward charitable contributions and a real push to participate make UA an awesome place to work!

I am not full time but I do know the discount on products is very generous.

What Under Armour kind of lacks in salary they make up for with extremely competitive benefits. They use a great insurance carrier and still offer PPO which is awesome because account based insurances suck (cough, cough Target) and are expensive. Their insurance is also extremely affordable, unlike Target. They have a great 401K match that is 100% vested. 2 weeks PTO each year for your first 5? years and then more after that. Besides that, probably the best thing about Under Armour is that most stores only keep you there until 10 or 11 on closing nights and even salaried managers get a 1 hour break for every 9 hour shift. The work life balance you get there is unrivaled.

There was nothing available for part time associates

Great employee discount. You can use the discount with store promo's which is cool because a lot of companies do not allow that.

Part-time teammates really don't get any benefits...
