Huge Family run company that hires from within. They provide vision, dental, health, long-term and short-term disability, even life insurance. The vehicle and phone reimbursement is great too. Now that I think about it, I probably shouildnt have left....

As a new hire I wasn't given much time to decide which package I wanted. Furthermore the times scheduled for benefits education weren't very flexible. The times given are more tailored to people who work in the plant, you can't promise a time when you're on route because your short day could turn into a long day with one stop. As a result I don't have any benefits right now and I'll be without until the next open enrollment.
