    As a employee of UI, you can enjoy health insurance (90% payed by employer, 10% employee).

    The benefits are great. You can opt to have a fully vested 401k, union, family benefits are free as long as they are in the same state as the employee, and there is a flex-spending account available.

    The health/Dental is top notch and five weeks of vacation a year provides plenty of playtime. The worst is parking. They will extract every penny they pay you for the "privilege" of being able to get to work.

    The best thing is the tier system which allows you to see University doctors for very low 5$ copays usually.
