Best thing: Free meals at the on-site cafe
    Worst thing: No 401k matching

High premiums and deductibles, but dental was good.

There are NO benefits at vivint. What they call benefits at Vivint is considered highway robbery in the rest of the world

Great compensation plan for new employees.

PTO doesn't increase unless you have worked here for 8 plus years. There is no maternity leave, or any help when necessary medical surgeries, etc are needed. Insurance is sub par. The deductible is outrageous and most people dont reach that anyways before they receive any help from Vivint Insurance. The Clinic is great however, and the 401K is great as well.

Free lunch is the best. Hourly employees don't get much more.

No 401k match, and lousy health insurance, but if you like free lunch, then this is the place for you.

The monthly premiums for the health insurance are extremely expensive (more than twice that of my next most expensive job), deductibles are high, out of pocket maximum is high and the coverage is less than average. Add to that the fact that there is no 401(k) to speak of and the benefits package isn't exactly appealing.

The insurance has a high deductible, but the onsite clinic has no copayment. The doctor is great.

No 401k and insurance is expensive. The rest of the stuff is ok, but no retirement for salaried employees is a joke in my opinion. Also no maternity or paternity leave.
