    Grainger has a very good Benefits package as long as you can deal with the not so great pay for 6-7 years you should be able to retire very well.

    Company benefits range from average health coverage to above average profit sharing. PTO/life balance is decent after 5 years. On site cafeteria is very nice as the exercise area.

    Profit Sharing is a great retirement plan. Grainger invests and places a large amount into profit sharing program, and you do not have to invest your own money into it.
