    Former Employee in Ashland, Ohio

Fortunately, given the fact that pathologists work there, you'll have trickled-down good benefits. The health insurance and 401k benefits are the same for all locations in the U.S. They match the first 3% in your 401k, then half a percent until their portion is 5 % and your's is 7%. If you have a family and want to include everyone in the advanced package, it will be a little over $5000 a year.

Keep in mind, though, pay is really low if you're not a pathologist, toxicologist or in upper-management so that could be kind of a pinch.

Depending on where you are, the benefits of day-to-day work life will be different. In Ashland, the perks where quite good. However, if I had to work in any of the other locations, the cost-of-living would make me want to look elsewhere.
