Only ten percent in most cases, though employees who work on Thanksgiving or black Friday often get some kind of compensation in the form of an extra discount on a single purchase on a specific date close to Christmas

It basically covers taxes. Not a real discount.

The discount really helps when you're trying to stretch your penny.

The discount is decent. I have had better employee discounts in the past that made more of a difference. Discount is not available for use until the 89th date from the date of hire.

10% off, but it can not be used on sale items or food. The most frequently needed by employees.

I think that it's unfair to make a person wait until after their probation period to be able to use the employee discount, when if you think about it, the most of the time when they receive their pay check they spend money right there in the store, so would it be fair if they got there pay check, never spent money back in the store, because of that reason
