You have to work 2 years to take a 1 week vacation.

ESPP is horrible, 401k matching starts after one year.

Health Benefits are not great. There isn't a PPO option unless you do the high deductible plan

  • Oct 13, 2014
Current Senior Program Manager in San Bruno, California

Salary can be competitive but the rest of the package falls short of comparable companies in Silicon Valley. Bonus has been called a joke as it is tied to corporate success but somehow always falls very short. The Stock is not touchable for several years and then only in tiny amounts. 401k is not available until after your first year. Health benefits have a deductible and 75% co-insurance.

Great base pay. Generous bonus. Crazy equity allocations

  • Sep 5, 2014
Current Principal Software Engineer in San Bruno, California

    Best: Vacation Time, 401(k)
    Worst: Health Insurance

  • Aug 18, 2014
Former Email Marketing Coordinator in San Bruno, California

They paid really well...maybe too much for what I did. Full health/dental via Delta Dential/vision. Stock options and 20 days pto.

  • Aug 27, 2014
Current Administrative Assistant in San Bruno, California

    Best - Flexibility with schedule
    Worst - Health insurance

  • Sep 13, 2014
Current lab assistant in Grand Rapids, Michigan

    benefits, none, no full time

  • Aug 12, 2014
Current Senior Product Manager in San Bruno, California

The health insurance is the same as what they offer to Walmart store employees. It's probably the worst employee-based health insurance I've had -- high deductible, limited coverage and a monthly premium.

Other benefits are "ok"; for a company that's trying to compete for human resources with Google and Facebook, it doesn't offer anything special, like lunches or a generous vacation policy.
