    Being here many years, the benefits package has always been more generous than average with additional focus on Wellness beyond the workplace and even inclusion of spouses/significant others for fitness perks. There's usually more benefits available to the average employee that they're not utilizing like Backup childcare at reduced costs, 24 hr Nurse Advice hotlines, free activity trackers like Fitbit (during promo window), etc.

    Warner Bros. has one of the best benefits packages. Their vacation and sick time plans are in top ten of best plans. Health Care plans and the employer contributions are great.

    You have to put your time in in order to be eleigabl for benefits. Once you've reached the requirements they really take care of you.

    Love the 401k, they have a great and high match percentage and the medical benefits available are some of the best in the industry at great prices. The prices you pay for your benefits are salary based, which I had never seen before and just thought it was an interesting approach to price them.

    I love to give to charity and they have a great charity and volunteer program. Plus their company match is great!

    Another fun thing, they do complimentary employee screening of all their movies and you can get free tickets to any show they film on the studio lot. In my department specifically, we also get small private advanced screenings of the films before release which I love. The only con is that the company discounts aren't that great.
