    WellPoint has one of the best benefit packages in my opinion. Generous PTO, 401k plus company match, stock purchase program, work-life balance, bonus. Office has an on-site gym with classes and an on-site cafeteria. New parents get transition week during their first week back in the office. EAP to help with life issues. Flexibile work schedules including ability to work from home on occasion or even on a full-time basis.

    Benefits start after 30 days, and 401k match starts after 1 year. That's the worst I've seen in this industry.

    They have a competitive benefits package. I came from uhg and the benefits are more expensive than what I had at united. WellPoint also has 1 week less vacation. My biggest complaint is that I work from home full time and internet and office equipment is not provided.
