They match 6% for your 401k after working for the company for a year, employee discounts for various things such as 28% off your current cell bill, and PTO offered each year.

Wells Fargo offers a comprehensive benefits package. The company 401(k) is available to employees after a short waiting period with a company match up to a certain percentage. Bonuses are good, but it can take a while to reach a bonus-eligible position. Vacation days are good, but position-specific deadlines throughout each month can make it difficult to take a whole week off at a time.
