Best parts are the 6% 401K match and the amount of PTO.

Full benefits were about $75 per pay period at the highest tiers of healthcare, dental and vision. The 401k options and match at 100% of 6% were outstanding. Time off could have been better but was about average. 5-15% annual bonus within the technology organizations.

401K and match right off the bat - dont do the insurance unless you have to I find it expensive. Generous PTO time if you are not one to get sick often.
