    Best: pension
    Average: 401k matching
Worst: health insurance plan isn't great

Current Principal Engineer in Warrendale, Pennsylvania

Pretty standard benefit package. Nothing I would consder above and beyond

Overall pretty good. Insurance packages are good, though I pay about $100 a month. They cut the pension percentage and took it away altogether for new hires, but we do also have a 401k. Depending on your department, you can take advantage of telecommuting or 9/80. Get 3 weeks of vacation to start but no more until you have been there for 10 years. Also pay up to $15,000 a year for tuition, if you stay for 3 years after.

Former Administrative Assistant in Cranberry, Pennsylvania

The health insurance seems to be going down hill just as it is with every company. W no longer offers new employees a pension but still offers 401K. 3 weeks vacation for exempt. 2 weeks for non-exempt unless you negotiate a better deal. Lots of paid holidays. Very nice group of people to work with. Like family, although there is always that one bad egg that tries to spoil things.

401k, Pension (grandfathered) or Retirement Contribution Account (new employee), health insurance, 3 to 5 weeks vacation

    Former Employee in Cranberry, Pennsylvania

Health Insurance is degrading but that is more of a US trend and the fault of our government. The retirement packages were recently cutback which was disappointing.

  • Jul 31, 2014
Former Employee in Charlotte, North Carolina

The benefits are acceptable for a large corporation

  • Aug 12, 2014
    Current Engineer in Cranberry, Pennsylvania

They keep taking benefits away with minimal notice.

Limited investment choices in 401-K plan, no guidance for plan choices without paying investment advisor.
