    Health Benefits are available within one month of hire date. Wyndham has a matching program for 401K. Intermittent leave is available for those with health problems.

    Vacation is the best and worst thing. Being a vacation company, one would think the benefits would be awesome, but Wyndham is not generous with either time or discounts.

    There are no con's to Wyndham benefits package. 401k is matched up to 7%! Benefits are affordable and they offer health, vision, dental and life. They help pay for a portion of your college education if you decide to go back to school.
