    The best and most comprehensive benefits package I have seen from any company I've worked for. Covering everything from major medical to dental to pet health insurance benefits.
    Vacation time allowed is more than most for a starting position, but in sales, you are still responsible for meeting your full sales goal for the time periods which include your time off. Not a great way to have a stress-less and restful vacation.

    Good health/dental/vision, but wish there was a 401(k) match and other startup perks.

    Once Yodle goes public, current employees do not get stock options unless you have been with Yodle for I believe over 3-4 years. PTO is considered "flex" meaning you have "unlimited PTO" but this is based on your managers discretion. Some teams are a "if you have your work done, take a day" type structures, while others are not and have significantly less PTO days than what one would consider "unlimited" . Additionally if you work with international clients, expect to be pressured to work American holidays like Thanksgiving.

    Benefits are okay. I think if they spent less on employee and management outings as well as the free junk food they could contribute to a better benefits program and start a 401K.
