    Good Healthcare, PPO-level insurance and solid, cheap dental. 401k matching 3% of salary, but poor vesting period (20% after 2 years, 100% after 6 years). Health insurance company less responsive; make friends in headquarters because they can pull strings if UMR is being annoying. EAP could be better advertised.

    Health Insurance coverage, dental and vision coverage are perceived to be good. Vacation time off is also pretty good. Not too many employee discounts are available

    Best - Very good health insurance with a low premium & $20 copay on doctor visits. Rxs are $10/$20/$40 copay for generics/favored brands/other drugs. I had a major surgery and all I paid was a $500 hospital copay.

    1 week paid paternity leave per child (more for maternity)
