    eHarmony is a high-tech company with a high-tech culture. What they offer in terms of perks and benefits is very similar to other tech companies. While they may not offer everything, no one, except for maybe Google, does. There are some things eHarmony does that many others don't, such as providing a loaner bike program for jaunts to the beach or lunch, or just a nice break. They also offer a number of meal and snack perks that are just as good as many other companies, and of course, maybe not as good as others. Overall, I think the balance of their offerings is quite competitive, and things like having strong medical insurances, with several different options for myself and my family, is of the highest quality and provided a low or no cost. VERY SATISFIED, INDEED!

    Free HMO/DMO and low per paycheck deductions for the other plan offerings. Lots of other perks like Wednesday catered lunches, subsidized chair massages, First Friday of the month bagels, bike borrowing program, and transportation program for those that walk/bike or take public transportation. Very pleased with our benefits!

    eHarmony's benefits are really overall great. Coming from a tech background, I wish there was more flexibility with a few things. Sick days, for instance. It is an added comfort to know you won't have to burn through your paid vacation time because you're home ill from time to time. In many cases, employees still come to work even when sick just to avoid using PTO and it's not a good for other employees to be exposed and/or distracted by.

    It'd also be a wonderful if eHarmony had a dog-friendly policy as other companies have adopted in recent years. There are many reasons why this enhances a work-space, including overall employee happiness, productivity and lower stress levels. It's also a big draw for new employees in the industry who have come from other tech companies that allow pets.

    Other than these few "perks" the benefits are right on par.
