Initial phone interview with the department manager. Common questions about previous experience and visa status. Approximately 1 week after, I was called for a scheduled interview. The interview was on site with two people. It was very friendly and interesting. They asked good tough questions, both conceptual and trivia programming questions (SQL, C++, C#, .NET concepts).
