I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at AT&T in December 2013.

Interview Details – I am still in the interview process. I got an email from a recruiter the same week I applied. I did a video interview, then I had a phone interview with the recruiter. Next, I did a webcam interview with a director, and now I have an interview with the executive director when he gets back from vacation
