I applied online. The process took 6 weeksinterviewed at AT&T (Chicago, IL).

    Interview

Interview process took 6 weeks and interviewed by 6 people. The person who interviewed me took 4 weeks to get back and another 2 weeks to get an answer. This company likes to drag the application process. The personality test was easy and the interviews a joke. They will not negotiate salary with you either.

I applied through an employee referral – interviewed at AT&T.

    Interview

Typical interview questions. Asked a lot about sales techniques. I think they liked how I talked about my experience in conveying value quickly and efficiently to the consumer. Having previous sales experience was probably the most important thing, besides already knowing a couple employees (including the manager).

I applied online. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at AT&T (Oklahoma City, OK) in January 2015.

    Interview

There was a two part interview. I met with the hiring manager first and before I left she set up an interview with the store manager. The interview went smooth and I felt confident however the interview was done in Feb and I have not heard anything back, it is now the end of march. The website still says waiting HR review (that was last updated Feb 4).

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at AT&T (Austin, TX) in January 2015.

    Interview

Filled out an online app, interviewed with one manager that was more of a legit interview, then met with a second manager on a different day to see how well I'd mesh with the team. Then completed background check & drug test

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

Originally offered less than what I really wanted, but after providing more work experience on my online AT&T profile they bumped up my wage.

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at AT&T in December 2014.

    Interview

Interview process I think was easy. Role played with sales manager, answered some fairly difficult questions, cracked a few jokes and then say by a sales rep to observe for about 30 mins.

    Interview Questions

    • Tell me what was your most difficult situation in a work situation and how did you handle it?   Answer Question

    Negotiation

Being a union position there was no bargaining, take it or leave it.

    Interview

Horrible and rude experience with the redhead lady from hell. She doesn't smile, she asks the same typical questions about your sales background and has you sell or teach her something new. If this is the kind of personalities at&t are looking for than there's no way I'd want to be a part of that. By the way, if your hired you get the leftover shifts that people don't want, until you have been there the longest.

    Reasons for Declining

Would never have a say on my schedule. All weekends and always closing, no thank you!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at AT&T (Orlando, FL) in November 2014.

    Interview

It took forever to get a response back. Went for testing and was approved, call back for interview and was rejected by email. Horrible choice of interviewer who kept asking questions that made no sense relative to the position. The interviewer had a thick accent and I had to have her repeat a few questions. She was not friendly at all. I don't see how she was working for a company such as AT&T.

    Interview

Applied online, received a call to set up a phone interview with the hr manager in about a week, had the phone interview about 3 days later. This was followed by a call about five days later to set up an interview with the area manager which I had the following day. He asked me if I had a store preference and said he'd talk to the hr manager about where they wanted to put me. Got a call two days later with an offer.

    Interview

First it was a behavioral phone interview followed by an in-person interview with a local manager. This was for the AT&T Sales Training program in Atlanta. Once accepted to that program, you then interview with potential managers upon your exit from the training program.

    Interview

First there was an assessment online then a phone interview and then I interviewed with three different managers. I spoke to a regional manager and he forwarded my resume to two other store managers. One of those store managers was extremely rude he didn't even look at my face when interviewing the other one which offerred me the position was a lot more friendly he seemed to be going based of a sheet.
*basically be super upbeat, friendly and smile a lot that's what they're looking for someone who is upbeat and friendly
