pretty thin and basic questions. No personality test, no IQ test. They do a poor job of recruiting which is hard to believe since they offer primarily FT jobs which are hard to find in retail.
- nothing to worry about Answer Question
not much room to negotiate. they pay bare minimum.

I applied online. The process took a day – interviewed at Aaron's in January 2012.
I have significant experience and was treated that way in the interview with a multi-unit manager. It began with an on line survey and went to an email I sent to thier recruiter who was on vacation and didn't answer for 2 weeks. I then heard from the Regional [8 stores] Manager who tried to impress me verbally with his knowledge of company goals and standards. A personal interview followed the next day. Hired and began work on the Monday of the next week.
Ask for the sky, you might get enough to be better than unemployment
