Interview Details – First, you have to apply inside the store using a computer specifically used for applicants. (You have to be at least 18 years old to apply). After applying, I received a call within two weeks and was scheduled for a group interview. The interviewer, who was one of the managers, asked us simple questions about Abercrombie & Fitch clothing and what we thought about it. Almost every one answered, saying that A&F is a higher quality clothing brand than other clothing brands.
Interview Question – What do you think about A&F clothing? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There were no negotiations, you just get paid minimum wage. This job is mostly for high-school graduates who need a summer job and would like a decent discount on A&F clothing.

Interview Details – you either get recruited or you can apply in person. The interview process is held in groups so you have to stand out in order to get yourself a spot. Just be chill and easy going especially approachable cause that's what the brand is all about.

Interview Details – I was surprised how quickly the interview process was, but that was most likely because I was the only person in a group interview setting. The Manager-in-training asked me three questions, and after answering I was offered a job on the spot. It was very casual and the MIT was very friendly! I was not uncomfortable and did not feel like I was being judged.

Interview Details – It was a group interview setting. The manager asked us to tell everyone our names, where we are from, a "fun fact" about ourselves, why do we want to work at A&F, what is diversity, how would you describe A&F's style, etc. It was pretty easy to get through. Just remember, to be friendly, upbeat, and stand out from the other potential employee's.

Interview Details – The interview process is always done in groups, usually consisting of about 5-9 people. You can be interviewed the same day you fill out a very basic in store application (they are ALWAYS hiring). They probably hold about 5 interviews a day so they are constantly hiring people. You can be interviewed on a Monday and start orientation and training on a Wednesday. They're very quick with the hiring process. The interview is straightforward. They start off with an icebreaker, i.e. tell us your name and something interesting about yourself. Then they ask a series of questions focused on customer service and how you deal with pressure and difficult situations, as well as how you get along with others. They asked me to name a time I had to work with someone I did not get along with, a time when I had to complete a task under a time constraint, and a time I had to work on a project with others. They also asked everyone to name three adjectives that accurately describe Abercrombie and Fitch (i.e. classic, preppy, popular, trendy, cool, high quality, etc.)

Negotiation Details – They tell you at the end of the interview that they will call you within a week only if you have been selected to work there. This typically happens one or two days after the interview. There is no negotiation, the pay is $9/hr for part time employees. Then you go in for paperwork and start orientation and training which lasts 2 days before going out to officially work on the floor.

Interview Details – Very easy interview. Just be confident because it is a group interview and you stand out. They ask you what does diversity mean to you? When did you overcome a task/project whatever? I just made up a story about how I had group work in school and had to work with peers with different schedule which made it difficult but i personally delegated tasks and blah blah..The interview was very easy.
