    Interview

First interview was on the phone. Relaxing and to determine if you are who you say you are. Second round involves questions about your resume and further background information. Third interview involved situation questions and how you would handle them.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Accenture.

    Interview

I had two phone case interviews after getting the interview through a reference. The first one went pretty rough, I had to digest a 12 slide Powerpoint in the span of 10 mins and then answer questions/develop a solution that included technical terms I did not understand.

    Interview Questions

    • Did ask many questions, I had to do the question asking.   Answer Question

    Interview

While the people are friendly, their cases are extremely pre-defined, as any other legitimate analyses or conclusions from the case still seem to be marked as incorrect. There is a much stronger focus on the case over the behavioral questions. They asked some questions regarding resume items, but most of the time was on the case.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took a dayinterviewed at Accenture (Gainesville, FL) in October 2013.

    Interview

Interview was more like a conversation. No technical questions, mostly just chatting about who I am and why I would want to work for Accenture. Very open-ended interviewing style so come prepared with some projects and stories that highlight your accomplishments.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took a dayinterviewed at Accenture.

    Interview

They had two case interviews back to back. The cases were one hour each. The whole process was very organized. It was a college recruitment interview, so they were interviewing in rounds of about 10 people. Each candidate had a 1:1 interview and then swapped for the second case. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, but it's an intense process.

    Interview Questions

    • It's a business case, so if you know the process you should generally be ok.   Answer Question

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Accenture (Princeton, NJ) in December 2012.

    Interview

The Interview was very theoretical and no question was asked regarding my work experience. Mostly definitions were asked and I am not sure how many people remember definitions while they work.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Accenture (San Francisco, CA) in April 2010.

The screening interview consisted of a resume review, salary expectations, and skills review for the position. A week later, I had another phone interview consisting of behavioral questions and a phone case study interview. I made it to the final interview, which an onsite visit. We had a presentation on Accenture and the position details, met with current business analyst, and had 2 behavioral 1:1s interviews.
