Came into my school campus interview for the first round after I applied online on my school's career help websites. First round is very casual and almost a complete conversation with some pointers on my Resume. Went down the entire thing and left with a call for the 2nd round the next day.

2nd round was typical behavioral questions. Situations of time crunches and teamwork to show you what you should do. It was very nice and welcoming and probably one of the least pressuring interviews I've had.

Applied and was contacted through school's career center. Sent good representatives for the interview (Senior Manager and Executive). First round interview is looking at your resume and transcript and seeing if the company is right for you. Second round is behavioral questions. Overall, a great interview experience!

I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeksinterviewed at Accenture in February 2013.

    Interview Details

There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first was at my college's career center and was pretty much a screening interview with basic questions about past experience and such. The 2nd round was in the SF office itself and was a 1 hour behavioral interview with questions that reveal how you have reacted in certain team-oriented situations.

I applied through college or university – interviewed at Accenture in January 2013.

First round was with a principal and it was purely him assessing whether or not I did my homework and how interested I am in the position and the firm. They emailed me the next day informing me that I will have my second round on campus as well.

I was a lot less impressed by the second round interviewer. He seemed quite burnt out and the interview was quite awkward. No chemistry at all. The whole process is very rigid: you have your standard behavioral questions and you ask questions about the position/firm in the end. Nothing too surprising.

They still haven't gotten back to me about the third round.

The process took a dayinterviewed at Accenture in March 2012.

    Interview Details

The interviewer went through my resume and basically asked me questions based on my resume. It asked me to describe what I've done in the past, and the work experiences I've had. Then from my work experiences, he asked me to describe a difficult situation I've run into and tell him the thinking process I went through so solve my problems. He also asked me about some of my computer skills. Honestly, I was a little surprised that I didn't get the offer, but again I'm not the interviewer so I don't know exactly what he was looking for.
