I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Accenture in July 2009.

Interview Details – Got invited for interviews via a recruitment agency. Had 4 total interviews, each between 30 to 60 minutes, not overly complicated. The overall interviewing process took a few weeks and then a few more to receive the offer.

Interview Question – SWAT analysis of a local gas monopolist positioning.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – The offer was good enough that I didn't feel a need to negotiate.

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Accenture.

Interview Details – 2 Interviews - 1st Interview a walk through of resume with a manager, followed by questions about dealing with certain scenarios and also your knowledge about Accenture and what your personal goals are.

2nd Interview - with a senior manager, after a short intro through the resume, dived straight into scenario based questions (PFI - performance factor interview) to gauge how you've handled them. Be succinct, start by describing the scenario, steps taken to identify/troubleshoot/solve the scenario, and the final outcome.

Interview Question – How you handled a difficult boss?   Answer Question

Reason for Declining – Received a better offer from a competitor

I interviewed at Accenture in December 2012.

Interview Details – I got a call from Accenture hr for a technical discussion. She scheduled it on the same day and it was a quick technical round. I felt it went well. I did not receive any calls for 2 weeks. Then one day the hr calls me and asks me to come for a 2nd tech round. I wnet the next day and cleared the round and the interviewer said Hr will get in touch with me in 1-2 days time this is day. 2 days has passed hope and I am still waiting. May be there process is slow or since it is December things usually move slow everywhere.
