    They make the interview process a "competition." It's generally very easy, just like, type up an email and send it. Call a number and leave a message. Talk about yourself.

    They always hire one person at least but don't expect job longevity.

    Negotiation Details
    There is no negotiation. You are given 33,700 which is the smallest legal salary allowed in California. This is so you are not eligible for overtime compensation.
