Interview Details –
I was an intern at the government agency in an office with ActioNet support contractors. A position opened up and I indicated that I was interested in filling it. Working with this government agency is great.
The interview process was really short. The government agency reccommended that ActioNet take me on as a contract hire. I filled out some standard forms and a day later recieved an offer.

Negotiation Details – I was able to negotiate, but just barely. It was clear that I was not going to get much more. Given that I recieved an offer during the depths of the last recession, I was thrilled just to have found a position. In the future, I highly reccommend that a candidate negotiate hard!
